Shortcut Europe meeting will be held from 28 – 30 November 2013 in Murcia, Spain under the title “Cultural Centres and their neighbourhoods”. This congress offers a unique platform for exchange to experts and professionals from all over Europe working in the cultural filed. Most recently, the congress was held in Warsaw, Poland (2011) and Zagreb, Croatia (2012).

ENCC We are happy to invite you to this years Project Fair which takes place 6 - 8 June at Godsbanen in Aarhus, Denmark. We have created a program which offers an insight into a wide variety of aspects related to the theme Cultural production in European Cultural Centres.

Aarhus ist 2017 Kulturhauptstadt – Ihr könnt schon im Juni 2013 mit uns hinfahren.

BECC “Bridge between European Cultural Centres” ist ein europaweites Austauschprogramm für MitarbeiterInnen in Kultureinrichtungen. Es wird vom European Network for Cultural Centres (ENCC) organisiert und soll regionalen Kulturinitiativen helfen,ihren MitarbeiterInnen für eine kurze Zeit internatiole Erfahrung und Austausch mit KollegInnen zu ermöglichen und langfristige Kooperationspartnerschaften aufzubauen.

The congress will take place in Zagreb, Croatia. 15th until 17th November 2012.

The ENCC invites you to participate to the next project fair in Helsinki from the 14th till 16th of 
June 2012. 
A few days before midsummer, at the end of a hopefully successful season, when probably the 
programm 2012-2013 of your centre is already planned, we invite you to add a European 
dimension to your future work. Running a smaller cultural institute in a province townor village, 
or working in a huge cultural institute in a major city... becoming involved in European cooperation
can be a real added value.

SHORTCUT EUROPE 2011 Culture (not) for all? 16. bis 18. November 2011

Die Konferenz "Wert und Nutzen des Netzwerkens - oder ist Net-working Not-working?" und die 4. Project Fair des European Network for Cultural Centres ENCC fanden vom 28.-29. Oktober 2010 in Wien statt.

Nach mehreren Anläufen ist es 2011 endlich gelungen für das europäische Netzwerk der Kulturzentren ENCC EU-Fördermittel zu bekommen. Das ENCC kann daher ab Mitte 2011 seine Aktivitäten aus dem vorrangig ehrenamtlichen Engagement in eine professionelle Struktur überführen. Die IG Kultur Österreich ist Mitglied des European Network for Cultural Centres (ENCC) und über diese Konstruktion sind alle unsere Mitglieder Teil dieses Netzwerks. Der Juni Newsletter
