Our name says it all: we are here to amplify the voices, work, and rights of people who make culture happen.
We run educational programs and networking events, offer visibility through various platforms and live events, support members in creating blog articles and radio content, and provide hands-on technical guidance. We are active in cultural policy bodies, take to the streets to challenge injustices in the cultural sector, and help our members speak up and communicate effectively through rhetoric workshops. For music artists, we offer an accessible, anti-capitalist booking agency as an alternative to exploitative industry structures. With our FLINTA* section Equal Sounds, we are committed to creating safer spaces and equal opportunities within the cultural field. All of this is rooted in one principle: grassroots democracy — every member has an equal say.
