Daily Rhythms Collective

The Daily Rhythms Collective is a transcultural group of artists based in the German-speaking world, working across performance, music, visual arts and artistic research. Rooted in our ancestralities and shaped by experiences of migration, we work across colonial languages, cultural memories and spiritual traditions. Through these encounters, cross-cultural imaginaries connect ancestral wisdoms with contemporary questions of belonging, identity and coexistence. Our work invite participants into immersive performances and rituals that bring together ancestral-futuristic and spiritual aesthetics, rhythms and offerings, creating spaces to connect, share ecological grief, explore collective healing and regenerative practices.

The collective was founded in 2013, and it is based in Graz, Austria. The main intention was to create spaces of coexistence and empowerment in the local contexts, for which various workshops, exhibitions, and interventions in public space were conceived and developed. The Daily Rhythms Collective initiated The Weave Salon in 2015 and was part of the founding group of the Women’s Action Forum (WAF) in 2018.
